Just terrible products that may (or may not) work out of the box. As others have noted, total waste of time to try and work with support if you have problems. Sent a marslander back because it didn’t work. All they did was shrink-wrap it and sent it back as broken as the day I got it! There are many other products on the market like bitaxe and braiins miners. Strongly suggest going with those. Avoid this seller and their products. You’ve been warned….

10/10/24 - As a follow-up…went back and forth with support and they insisted the problem was on my end. They said units that are returned are tested for several days as part of their diagnostic process. I finally just purchased another unit to prove a point. Plugged it in and it fired right up. It has been working perfectly ever since. Again, if you end up having to work with their customer service don’t expect a positive experience and outcome.
