I had to return my item and they charged me a 30% "restocking fee". The cancellation policy (which was of course attached to the email confirming my order) never stated that "fee"...and their support even sent me another version of their "cancellation policy" that now suddenly included the fee...which didn't exist on their website at the time of my purchase. Since this fee was introduced AFTER my order, it shouldn't apply to me. I had no way of agreeing to it. Do you see the issue I have with this?

horrible absolutely horrible. after returning the marslanderv2 and the compac A1 usb miners they refuse to refund my money, first they send me something i told them repeatedly i did not want and then said i have to wait for those items to return back to them. well its been delivered back to them and still no refund. they took my money and took back their product $2,200 gone. These guys are criminals and need to be locked up.
