"Beware: Unethical Practices and Harassment by Bitcoin Merch"

I had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with Bitcoin Merch. What started as a simple order turned into a nightmare of harassment, abuse, and fraudulent behavior.

After placing my order (Order #310697), I quickly realized this company does not care about its customers. I requested a full refund well before my order was shipped, but Bitcoin Merch lied and claimed the shipment was already on its way. In reality, the shipment was not even sent out until 12 days after my cancellation request, yet they still deducted a hefty $700 “restocking fee” from my refund.

What followed was endless harassment by their employees, who insisted on phone calls and meetings despite my clear refusal. One staff member even exploited my disabilities (dyslexia and ADHD) by sending incorrect items and refusing to honor my requests. Their unprofessional behavior and repeated attempts to manipulate and confuse me are nothing short of disgraceful.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I urge you to stay far away from this company. Their practices are not only unethical but borderline fraudulent. I will be taking legal action and reporting their conduct to relevant authorities, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Save yourself the stress and potential financial loss. Bitcoin Merch is not worth the risk. Do not let them scam you like they did me.
