"7gang nerd miners"

I bought the 7gang nerd miners and out of the 7 only 1 worked I called the help number and spoke to someone wich then sent me a website to reflash the usb nerd miners when I tried it it still didn’t work so I called again he asked me if I had removed the original flash from before I said no he never told me to do that then he said he wasn’t sure himself I asked for a refund several times but he did not want to refund then he said he would sent me a return label to send the stuff back and get replacements I’m still waiting for the label but in. My experience I won’t buy from here again and do not recommend you get the nerd miners it was a complete waste of 200 dollars they said to give them a chance to make it right before rating a 1 star but I have called 3 times neither of the times solved my issue I gave them the chance but all they are getting is a single star from me

It is not the "delivery department" that takes care of refunds, it is the finance department that does it.

I placed an order at the end of November 24, with expedited delivery, here we are on the 16th Jan 2025 with no delivery, rude and unprofessional support team, no refund!!

Scammers. Do not purchase from them. The products was late and they requested aditionl $160 upon delivery that I was not aware nor it was mentioend when I purchased it. On the site under the product they clearly state 1-2 weeks for delivery when they took over 5weeks to deliver on top of the surprize fee. I requested a full refund. they said I should have known there might be aditional fee.

Place is a joke paid 57 bucks for UPS 2 2nd air they sent it USPS priority mail which is 16 I want my money back refund the difference

Was told my order would be delivered in two weeks. They refused to refund my money. Took 45 days to be delivered. Item didn’t come with a US power cord, received a three blade. Called them and was told because the warehouse is in Los Angeles and the fires, they’ll try to get it shipped to me this week. I’ll be expecting it never. I will never order from them again. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I mapped in Apple Maps, location is a strip mall called Tarzana Square, go to directory, no such company listed. Honestly, I expected that. From the information I saw it appears to be a fake address.

I put a purchase for consulting time Jan/10 got a confirmation email with no information on how follow up. then I tried schedule a 30 minute meeting on the web site for January 13th which was confirmed but with no information on actually how to communicate. wrote three emails trying to confirm, first two responses were one line and made no since. my finale email i said i believe this is a scam and refund my money if not. They never responded. This was my experience, I doubt it is isolated. I also tried the phone number, big surprise, no answer.

Jan 14/ emailed them update of my review, remember all I bought was a consulting hour. Also I have filed a fraud claim with credit card company. Below is there email response

Funny how they took the time to give a response and never email back with a response that addressed any question.

Also funny how they claim to have FutureBit Apollo II - Standard Version when the company is out of stock and all other venders are out of stock also. Personally I would question the validity of their positive reviews. And further I have never wrote a review before, I just want to warn anyone who is thinking about placing an order with them. Also notice there positive reviews on Trust Pilot do not have a check on them, meaning there was no ID provided, you want to guess why?
