The bespoke rug we ordered from the natural rug store is perfect. The choice of materials offered is excellent and it was so easy to place the order. The rug looks fantastic in our newly redecorated living room and we all love it.

Ordered at end of Nov, in lots of time for Xmas as it was a present. Hadn't heard anything the week before Xmas so rang only to be told that material was out of stock until end Jan, why had no one rung me to tell me. Rang again at beginning of Feb as still no rug, and told that it was now in production. Finally had a call to say that they wanted to arrange delivery only to be told a specific day with no opportunity to have it delivered a different day.
Overall happy with the rug but they need to realise that customer service doesn't mean the customer making all the calls and not offering a service that they clearly don't deliver.

I found the Natural Rug Store online and was a bit nervous about ordering a rug online without being able to see and feel it. But the online rug maker meant I could design my own rug and see it against a floor very similar to mine which really helped my decision in ordering. The process was very easy, the delivery was efficient (even though I live in Switzerland) and they refunded my VAT immediately (which is rare). I will definitely order from them again🐵
