"Great product, good customer service, timely delivery, but..."

A glitch occured with delivery - our door number was poorly visible on the package and as a result our lovely rug got delivered 4 doors down the road (while we were at home waiting for it). We had no clue until the neighbours figured it was ours and gave it back. Nothing to do with the rug itself, but the delivery guys did not even check that the recipient was correct and just delivered it to someone else. Question - why not use the phone number supplied for the exact purpose of clarifying things with the customer? Anyhow, the rug itself is beautiful and we absolutely love it, 4 stars only because of delivery hiccup.
