emailed that they had a new airsoft gun in stock - after paying they emailed that they would not have the gun for at least another month. They also informed me that their refund policy is to HOLD my money for 14 days before giving me the refund... Its been 16 days and still no refund. AVOID this fraudulent company - what a scam.

Worst experience ever! Not only did they not have the majority or anything in stock. When I finally found a rifle, their site did not allow for PayPal or 2 of my c-cards due to tech problems on their side. Undaunted I still bought.
The package arrived on expected date (at least they got that right). When I opened package and inspected items, main rifle housing itself had sxuffvin one side, no big deal. BUT, Rear screw that holds barrel to stock was machines improperly so that it was completely round with NO WAY of screwing it in. No hardware or hobby store in town had replacement. I decided to call Airsoft for help. Before I did I decided to look at EVERYTHING ELSE and noticed they also failed to include mounting brackets for the scope. Upon. Selling airsoft GI, Michael informed me they would see what they could do. He offered me a full teturncor return/replacement but that a replacement woulsnt be sent out anytime soon as they were out of stock! I asked if they could just send me thebresr screw and mounting brackets I'd be fine. (Almost. Forgot, I had to send pictures and a video of proof of what was wrong before they'd even Help me).
Michael said he'd get back to me (This was in a Thursday morning). I had to call airsoft on Tuesday after they never got back to me (most likely hoping the 14 day return policy would pass). I was informed that they could not find a replacement screw in the entire company or mounting brackets and didn't know when they could replace the out of stock item! Finally, I gave up and decided to just return the purchase. So I paid shipping to me and packing fees to return the item. So I basically wasted $30.00 and a week and a half of my time and energy on a very shotty company.

Second order was promptly acknowledged and shipped. It is a present, so don't yet have an opinion on quality.
