The package took a little longer than expected (I did take note of the Houston flooding) it took maybe a week and a half rather than 5 business days, the shipping was a bit expensive but my package arrived and my weapon was in great condition and all the pieces are there that where supposed to be there.

I had gotten onto the website just to browse around and I had noticed the $0.01 giveaway for the mk43. I was curious so I clicked on it and it gave me the option to add to cart. I was pretty excited because I figured it would be a great gift for my friend getting out of basic training since we both love airsoft, unfortunately as i was waiting for the package to be delivered, i had gotten a call around 3 days later telling me they had a glitch in their system and that i would have to cancel the order or purchase the item for employee price, It seemed silly to me that i was only given these two options since it wasn't my fault that their website allowed me to purchase the item, I eventually told them to just cancel the order out of frustration with the whole situation. They told me that i would be refunded the $26 dollars i paid for shipping but that came in around 4 days later, i was extremely dissatisfied on how they handled the situation. I don't think this would've been that big of a deal for me if it wasn't a gift i had wanted to give to my friend. I used to be a big fan of GI but this experience diminished my feelings toward them a bit.

It's very rare that a mistake is made on their end, and when it does happen they jump right to it and fix it ASAP. I will always use Airsoft GI when in need of new gear.

Everything arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. Can only give 4 stars however as the Lipo battery I ordered was a dud. I charged it upon arrival (like I do all my Lipo's) but battery only worked for about 5 minutes and died. Tried recharging but it won't work.
