The end product was excellent, though it took a faulty run to get to it because of some information that was not clear. The Mixam team was quick to correct the issue and very nice to deal with. I will definitely work with them again as they are good quality and good value for money.

Great quality, and very good value. The production experience was very straight forward, with very knowledgeable assistance from the Mixam team that enabled me to create a couple of books of lasting memories for me, my children, and my grandchildren. The only down side is the internal postal packaging, which could be a little more protective; bubble-wrap?

I loved how my cards turned out, but they were not shipped with much protection and the edges were scuffed. It would be nice to have the option to add on extra protection i.e. plastic cases. I would pay for the additional protection to ensure they don't get scratched up...
