I found Mixam exceptionally helpful in guiding this novice through the print process.
Attention to detail was second to none, technical instructions easy to interpret, and any queries were dealt with speedily and sympathetically.
The finished article was completed on time, within budget, and exceeded my expectations.

The website was really easy to use, the cost of the cards were very reasonable. Slight problem with dispatch however a quite call rectified this immediately and I’m really happy with the finished product. I’ll definitely be back for a repeat order and for other business stationary 👌🏾💯

"Dispatch dates "

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Mixam. I placed an order at the beginning of December for my mum’s Christmas present, trusting it would arrive well before. The original estimated dispatch date gave me confidence it would be on time, but they’ve now pushed it back to the 23rd of December, meaning there’s no guarantee it will arrive before Christmas.

When I contacted Mixam for assistance, they simply said there was “nothing they could do as it’s peak time.” It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I’m not being valued as a customer, especially when this was such an important, time-sensitive order. I understand delays happen, but better communication and a genuine effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way or better still an honest estimate.

I chose Mixam based on glowing reviews about their service and quality, but this experience has been an enormous letdown. If you’re ordering for a specific deadline, I’d strongly advise against relying on them, they don’t seem to have the systems in place to ensure timely delivery. This was meant to be a special gift for my mum, and now I’m left panicking to find an alternative at the last minute. Hugely disappointing.
