The service was excellent and my order was fulfilled very quickly. The software was a bit frustrating on my iPad, maybe it will be better on my Mac which I will try next time. The reproduction of my images was a little “flat” perhaps because I selected uncoated paper.

I've just taken delivery of 32 copies (29 of which will go to Australia and New Zealand) and am delighted with their quality.
The whole process, from my first tentative submission to receipt of the books took just over two weeks.

Very reasonable prices, particularly when ordering in bulk. Had 20 small photobooks created for little over £50. Looking at that price, you may assume there would be a drastic compromise in quality, but this wasn't the case! Very happy with how the books came out.

If I had to make one complaint, I would say that the 'design online' feature needs some work. Images can be quite difficult to align, and I ran into an issue where submitting new images would reorder some of the ones already placed on the pages. However, this wasn't a huge issue.
