"Great product, excellent website, fair prices but dodgy delivery "

I am really happy with the product I ordered from Mixam - the quality of my booklets is excellent and the website was easy and super helpful, especially the preview tool. I am only knocking a star off because the delivery was not great- late - and left outside in the rain by the dpd delivery person. That’s a shame because otherwise Mixam were great- the prices fair and the final product high quality.

"Brilliant from start to finish - why go elsewhere?"

I'm actually shocked at how brilliant this company is.
The quote generator is easy to understand and customisable enough, the way you insert pages (via their website) is straightforward and versatile, and they even give you a template based on your book measurements so that you can set up your pages properly.
My book arrived today, which was their estimated date of arrival - I even got an extra copy, free of charge. And to top it all off, calling their support number *actually* puts you through to a real person right away! They're well-versed on all sorts of things, from how they print the books to troubleshooting design/colour profile problems in Adobe InDesign.
Every page is perfect and there's no printing errors anywhere as far as I can see. For a photography student needing a one-off print for their final major project, this has been great for me. I really do not see why you'd go anywhere else.

The UI was pretty straight forward, the templates were very handy for me to format my work on Affinity. Also the quality is absolutely amazing. Really nice to have somewhere independent artists can self publish their work to a professional standard.

The prices are reasonable and the quality of the paper and printing are good for the price.
BUT if you are wanting anything more complicated than a flyer, the Mixam software is not for the fainthearted!
For booklet printing it would really help to know exactly which are the centre pages. And I couldn't figure out how to load a double page spread, so my lovely centrefold image is slightly misaligned :(

My first time and it was good. Made a number of booklets and very pleased with outcome. Software wasn't intuitive but online help was good. I think the expectation is that you are a photoshop expert. Finished product was good and price also. Went down very well
