I discovered this place through Google and initially booked a car for one week. However, upon experiencing their exceptional, friendly, and highly qualified services, I decided to extend the car rental for an additional week. The staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency, promptly accommodating my request, allowing me to continue using the car. Their extensive selection of cars spans various categories and models, offering customers the flexibility to choose based on budget or specific preferences. Opting for a budget-friendly option, I was thoroughly satisfied with the car's condition. The fleet is consistently well-maintained, presenting clean, fresh, and new vehicles. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Sevki and his colleagues for their outstanding service.

Сотрудники проявили замечательную дружелюбность, профессионализм и оперативность, незамедлительно удовлетворив мою просьбу, что позволило мне продолжить пользоваться автомобилем. Их обширный выбор автомобилей охватывает различные категории и модели, предоставляя клиентам гибкость выбора в зависимости от бюджета или конкретных предпочтений. Определившись за бюджетным вариантом, я был полностью удовлетворен состоянием автомобиля. The staff ( Sertac bey & Harun bey) were very friendly and helpful, the car was in great condition and the whole process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Novacar to anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free car rental service.

"The worst experience in my life and…"

The worst experience in my life and twice. I rent in a lot of places in all around the world. But staff in this company hate foreigners women. First they made problems about credit card of my husband. We came from the abroad, my husband Turkish citizens, he doesn't use credit card of Turkish bank. This guy who works in Adana said that as my husband Turkish he doesn't accept card from other country. Second time I made reservations on myself, again we came in the same office. I paid all, he saw my husband, I seat in the car and he said: you have to pay for extra driver. We spent 1 hour of our time. We booked here as we see good price but don't worry in the end they will ask extra. All the time we come there are minimum 10-15 empty cars. Noone hire it. This company are liars. Don't tired yourself.

Nova Car hire from Bodrum was great experience, despite flight delays our agent Mustafa stayed on for us with a warm welcome, we were thoroughly guided through documentation and were presented with our car in shortest possible time. All the smallest scratches on the vehicle that we couldn’t see in night were impressively notified by our agent. The overall experience from receipt to return was very nice and expeditious, all services we’re promptly answered on WhatsApp chat, believe me this was way better than my UK car rental experience, we can highly recommend recommend Nova Car in the future trips to Turkey 🇹🇷.

I rented a car from izmir adnan menderes airport. their office was not inside the airport, but when I reached them by phone, they picked me up from the airport by car and took me to their office. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. Vehicle was clean and new. I did not have any problems during the rental period. The process of returning the vehicle and the return to the airport took a very short time.
