I had a fantastic experience with Novacar at Istanbul-Sabiha Airport. I would like to specifically mention Ömür, the consultant who assisted us during the rental process. Ömür provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Ömür not only served us with great kindness and professionalism but also took the time to explain all the details of the rental agreement. His thorough explanation gave us a clear understanding of the terms and conditions, which was greatly appreciated.

One of the best things about our interaction with Ömür was when he noticed that the initial car we were assigned did not have cruise control. Instead of leaving it at that, he proactively searched for another car with cruise control and offered it to us as an alternative. This level of attentiveness and customer care truly impressed us.

Overall, I highly recommend Novacar at Istanbul-Sabiha Airport, and I want to express my gratitude to Ömür for his outstanding service. Thanks to his dedication, we had a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.

Thanks to Mustafa and his great service me and my wife were able to return our rental car with no problems and make it to the airport to be on time for our flight. He was able to communicate with me via WhatsApp and shared the drop off location after I could not find it by myself with the address provided in my agreement. We really appreciated his extra time and patience. I definitely will recommend Mustafa and NOVACAR to all my family friends
