"Broken bracelet"

Purchase a snaffel bracelet in April, last week the bracelet broke. Sent an email with photos, and a description of the brake, had a quick response even though it was a Sunday. No questions asked just asked me to send the bracelet back and they would replace it.
New bracelet arrived by the Wednesday.
