"Stunning bracelet"

I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with my purchase and the service I felt I had to put pen to paper, so to speak! I purchased the Farrier’s Nail Bracelet as a 21st birthday gift . I only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today. The online ordering process was so quick and easy. The packaging is high quality and very impressive and shows off the bracelet beautifully. The bracelet is absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait to give it to the young lady it is intended for – she will be over the moon. Thank you again Falabella, I will certainly be using you again. 😊

I ordered a horse shoe ring and bracelet, although very pretty my bracelet was expensive and a part of it was bent when it arrived. I couldn't be bothered to return and get a new one but I would have expected for the price that it should have come without this.

FALABELLA contacted me right away, sent out a replacement ASAP and now I have a perfect bracelet, they sent a return envelope and label to send the damaged one back. Really pleased with the service. Thank you.
