"I ordered twenty replacement bulbs and..."

I ordered twenty replacement bulbs and only 19 arrived. I phoned up immediately I found out (less than 5 mins after parcel arrived) and was told the logistics team would be in touch. Still not heard anything back from LED Bulbs.

This is the second logistics issue I've had (different coloured bulb sent in a batch hence my garage now has a cool white bulb on one side and a warm white bulb on the other).

Bitten twice now - Won't be using again.
