Sent wrong bulbs, difficult to send them back. Not a good experience.

Ordered a few bulbs supposedly for next day delivery. Evri delivery came up as "delayed".

It then arrived and had cleared been opened in transit and then repackaged. It was absolutely trashed. Low and behold most of the contents of the package were missing and we were left with one single very beat up looking bulb.

Immediately messaged ledbulbs and we are now nearly five days later and no response. So I am nearly 10 days since ordering and have a single, very sad looking bulb.

Seems the company don't want to sort this!

The item was delivered very promptly. The item has now been fitted but it is not proving easy to set up. The instruction leaflet, it would be an understatement to say, is very short of helpful information about how best to do this. It works by linking to an app which appears to work well enough but is also short of helpful information about how best to set it up. The product is a security floodlight camera. The problem is it records motions all the time and I am in the process of balancing the best direction to point the camera with the right level of sensitivity of the PIR sensor. There is no advice on this subject. A better written and fuller set of instructions would be very helpful.
