I am very disappointed with the way my recent order issue was handled. My package never arrived, and instead of resending the item, you simply refunded my money. I was expecting a proper resolution, such as a replacement with a discount for the inconvenience caused.

As a customer, I expected better service, especially after the delay and hassle. I would appreciate it if you reconsider your decision and offer a reasonable solution.

Saw a YouTube video recommendation this product meeting BS spec, replacement for old fluorescent battens in the garage, impressed with the ease of swapping especially the quick fit cable connection having enough clearance to accommodate older solid cable, I purchased a different make previously for the loft which was not the case having to use an additional connector block to connect old to new, so would def recommend any old to new installations

Your prices are great, and your website is well layed out. Your website has great variety. The packaging was absolutely terrible. The box was sellotaped and was not sticking to the cardboard. A big fail, and that's why I gave you only 3 stars.
