"Very poor customer support"

I made a mistake with the address during ordering and immediately tried to amend it by emailing and telephoning and there support with this action was absolutely zero. The parts where delivered to another address and we managed to get them but companies that don't support there customers don't deserve business. We will not buy from this company again.
