From the first time I contacted Oak Furniture UK, David and his staff were very helpful and friendly. All my queries and questions were answered very promptly and never with any pressure to decide or order. So pleasant to deal with a family run business.
The furniture range that I bought was very competitively priced compared to other retailers I had researched.
I proceeded with the order and David was in touch regularly to keep me informed with the status of the order, and in time to arrange our ‘white glove’ delivery, which was priced very reasonably despite them driving a considerable distance to get to us.
The delivery and building of the furniture was plain sailing and we very much enjoyed David and Sean’s company on the day.
We are delighted with our furniture. It is of excellent quality and has received lots of lovely comments from our friends and family.
