"I don’t even know where to start"

I don’t even know where to start. This company has 0 compassion at all. My uncle and I moved houses recently placed several orders costing thousands. My uncle and myself suffer from mental health issues and this company have exacerbated our mental health problems. Firstly, they put together my bed with a butter knife. When I challenged this, they chapped my neighbours door who I hadn’t even meet yet in a new build developments for a screw driver. They then bashed my roof taking a headboard upstairs. Drove away without putting any handles on my tv unit. I had to then force it open to get the handles out from the inside. Fast forward to my uncles order. We ordered the wrong size of couch. Which yes totally our fault but they had 0 compassion and wanted to charge my unwell uncle 100 pounds and punish him. They had no compassion for all the issues with myself either. Horrible people to deal with avoid at all costs.

I had been trying to get my hands on this particular cabinet for quiet while with various other suppliers and was been messed about in terms of the goalposts been moved in terms of delivery,this particular company required whole amount of money and in the end I got my money back,I then discovered Oak furniture UK. Upon speaking to David he was absolutely lovely and explained how the process would work,he took £100 deposit and upon delivery as promised remaining balance would be taken,true to form the cabinet was delivered and we absolutely love it in our front room. Thanks David and crew we will definitely purchase from Oak furniture UK again.
