I returned the items on November 22nd and, to my dismay, I have not received my refund as of yet. Upon attempting to contact customer service through your website, I discovered that the site is closed, and there has been no response to my inquiries. Furthermore, it appears that returned items are not being accepted, and refunds are not being processed.
This situation is causing significant distress, and I am left wondering about the status of my returned items and the whereabouts of my money. I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this matter. If there are any alternative channels for communication or steps I can take to expedite the process, please advise.
