"Poor quality"

I have never sent a poor review before but I feel this time I must.
I ordered a coral coloured top and a pair of trainers.
The trainers were not the size ordered. I ordered a size 41 but a size 40 arrived. The coral silk top had a tear/hole down the centre. Very poor quality and not worth the money. The items were obviously not inspected prior to being sent. I sent both items back by return of post.
