After discovering a small error on the website (reporting that a lease renewal had been forwarded early to the tenants w/o owner review...), Belong was very proactive in assuring me that the renewal was still several months away and I maintain final rent approval. Some of the communiques with my concierge had also not been forwarded, and this too was addressed immediately. My concierge contacted me quickly and all concerns were resolved. I'm very happy with Belong's willingness to keep the homeowner fully in the loop and up-to-date.
