Right from my first contact with Love Frankie, I had amazing customer service. I am from Jersey, but delivery was no problem. I was unsure as to the colour scheme I wanted, so I forwarded photos of the colours in my living room. Suggestions were made by team members and they also happily sent samples to help my decision. I made my order and was very excited to receive my bespoke lampshade ... only thing was it was a ceiling fitting, not a lamp! The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and very quickly sent a replacement shade. I’m over the moon with the shade itself, the quality and design is unique and stunning. The customer service from every member of the team, be it my phone or email, was exemplary and I am already recommending them to friends ... though maybe not too much ... I love my lampshade too much for them to have it too!! 😂😂 Top customer service ... a breath of fresh air!! Well done Love Frankie team and thank you! Katya
