I bought a stunning lampshade and I'm really pleased with it. It was quite expensive and much more than I would normally spend but I felt it was quite unique and of good quality.
I was aware of the delayed dispatch times as it was clear on the website. The item arrived a bit earlier than expected and was very well packaged. Overall very pleased and would probably purchase again in the future based on quality and service.

Ordered a yellow and pink lampshade and they look fantastic. Well-packaged and arrived quicker than expected. They look just like their online images. We bought them as pendant lights so ordered the grey flex cable as well. We had to buy a ceiling light fitting for each one but that was pretty easy. We had an electrician in so he installed them for us and was able to easily adjust length of the cable without cutting it. We got the largest versions because we have a high hall ceiling.
Very happy with my purchase and will be buying more. The quality is evident.

My experience with this company has been fantastic. I received a prompt order confirmation, was told exactly when order will arrive and upon receipt it was well packed so item was in pristine condition. I cannot fault the customer service at all and will certainly shop there again if I need to.

I love this company. I came across them by chance and was wowed at the unusual and amazing designs. I ordered two table lampshades - black exterior with a very unusual interior design (pink with animals). I also ordered a ceiling shade - dark green with fringe and gold interior. All the items were ordered during lockdown and I was informed there would be a wait. It was certainly worth the wait. I was kept informed by email as to delivery, and found the company very professional and efficient to deal with.

Well I must say Nathan who is a service engineer from frankies is absolutely amazing, informative and helpful guy. Is a credit to the company. I had a hot tap fitted(boiling) not by frankies and I wasn’t convinced that it was fitted correctly so I requested a call out to get it checked. Feel a little stupid as all was ok but Nathan spent time explaining how it all works and that it works completely different to hot taps as it’s a boiling tap. I get it now. Lol. When you purchase something it’s nice to know you get the back up when needed. So a big shout out to NATHAN and the frankie team. One very happy customer.

"Customer Service - Depends who you get..."

I was interested in purchasing a cone lampshade with a lamp base that was out of stock. It was suggested that given the long lead time I order the lampshade, which made sense. I received an email advising me to go ahead with the lampshade, to let them know once the order was placed and once the lamp base was back in stock they would add to the order.
I rang this afternoon, one more time before going ahead with the order and spoke to someone who seemed in a big hurry to get off the phone. She wasn't impolite, in fact she was OK. Given the considered purchase price on these items however you would expect people to go that extra mile.
She told me there was no guarantee that I would receive the lamp-base. In fact, the suggestion was that the order might or might not go ahead - the producer appears not to have confirmed. I suppose I should be grateful that she was upfront.
I also wanted to ask about the design because I cannot match the swatch to any part of the lampshade in the picture, but I didn't have time, she was in a hurry as I say.
So customer service not very reassuring as I seem to be getting conflicting messages, I have had a few bad experiences the last couple of months so wanted to check this time before going ahead.
My only suggestion would be that you double check before proceeding with any purchase.
