I ordered some velvet lampshades and was aware if the long lead time, they finally arrived today and I am so glad that I waited, they are absolutely exquisite. I will most certainly support this lovely independent business again. Thank you very much!

"Decent lampshade for the price but customer service needlessly condensending"

Decent lampshade for the price. I have reduced the review score to average because I think their ordering update system is poor.

I made an order for a lampshade from two different companies on the same day, both with an 8-10 week lead time.

After 10 weeks, neither had arrived and then one of the companies sent me a nice order update advising of the delay and new estimated delivery date.

I decided I would send Lovefrankie a polite e-mail asking for an update.

I received a condensending response from them advising that I have been made aware on two occasions when ordering that the lead time is 8-10 weeks (which I was fine with, it's just it had been longer now), and that the extra wait is just a little bit longer ("a little bit" was another 3 weeks by the way).

Just felt rude when all I asked for was an update that another company had freely provided without my request.

Before choosing and buying a product I sent two questions via the messaging service, both were answered quickly, helpfully, and with a really nice tone. I ordered the product, a wall hanging, and it arrived less than 24 hours later.
Looking forward to my next purchase, this company is a keeper.

I am actually writing a review before I’ve actually received the product. I wanted, nonetheless, to praise the incredible service I’m receiving in advance of ordering. Immediate responses to emails. Very helpful suggestions regarding size and colour and very speedy receipt of beautiful quality samples in the post. If this high standard of service in advance of purchase is anything to go by, it bodes well for their products. I’ll write again when I receive my shades

"Beetlejuice Lamp"

On Wednesday ordered small beetlejuice lamp for delivery to my daughter. She received it Friday morning, super quick dispatch and delivery. Beautiful lamp base which was well packaged, just waiting now for bespoke shade.
