I ordered a wall mural online and got an email the next day to say it had went out of stock. I was offered a refund or the option to wait for more stock arriving. I was happy to wait! My order was set aside until more stock arrived and then shipped to me. The customer service was brilliant! Even when I chased several times afraid they might forget my order ( I had no need to worry), they were so patient and gave me lots of detail. I dealt with Tilda who was a pleasure! Will definitely purchase again
