Having been taken over by Teya, the already mediocre service as going to go downhill even further so we gave notice to end our contract.
Having acknowledged receipt of our cancelation message, we are now 7 months on and they are claiming the contract has not been cancelled and are still trying to bill us.
An dreadful company to deal with.
