"I have had the worst experience with any company"

I have had the worst experience with this company. I advise avoid! Firstly we got a item that it turned out it didn't do what it said on the tin. The company then insisted we pay for return to France after buying it from a UK website. This was at our expense of course. The consumer law states it should be the company pays for the return in this instance. The company website with regards returns tells you little information so once you buy the product you get shafted. I went to their UK address 92 York Street, London, W1H 1QX, United Kingdom and it's a shell with no buisiness there. The local businesses haven't heard of them. I recommend anyone checks out what I have said because if you have an issue with the product you will have a hard time. These people don't do customer service and have not replied to any of our emails other than send it to France. They have no regard for consumer protection laws in UK and are just terrible.

Superb built quality is aesthetically wonderful and solves my purpose of warming baby milk. I just love it. Only 1 thing missing is not being able to see how much battery is left or being used up...if that can be added...it will help all consumers.

J’avais reçu un chauffe biberon défectueux il fuyait et le service client a été vraiment au top, merci beaucoup on m’a renvoyé rapidement un chauffe biberon à mon domicile et non en point relais donc ça c’est super pour du service après-vente j’ai pas eu besoin de courir surtout avec un nouveau-né, le chauffe biberon est top pour le coup celui-ci n’a aucun problème je l’ai pas encore essayé mais j’ai hâte je pense qu’il va me changer la vie lors de mes sorties, merci pour cette belle invention
