I do not know, while using your website for the 1st time, it was telling me that my MSC Cruise loyalty number was incorrect, I tried many time and had to call, lucky for me I found Adam Blake, who finished doing my reservation.

It took a little while, but he got it done.

What made this Cruisehub experience a great one was our cruise coordinator, Phil. He listens; is an excellent communicator, and he's very patient. He also ALWAYS follows up as promised.

He answered all of my questions and proposed solutions as needed. We booked our trip feeling secure in all of the info provided and choices made.
