"We wanted a cruise for our family with…"

We wanted a cruise for our family with two cabins. We had one destination we were set on & needed one balcony & one inside cabin. This was very difficult to find as not many ships hold 3 people in an inside cabin . We called Carnival too & they couldn't find any availability.
Martin was excellent & searched for us & found us what we needed the next day. He was right on it & we are so thankful! Everyone is very excited & can't wait for our vacation.

"Agent follow up of booking made by another agent"

I had booked a cruise with a CruiseHub agent and when that agent later turned out to be unavailable, Dexter Reed took over. He had to deal with a request on my part that was denied by the cruise company in an unpleasant way, but I feel that he made a true effort to mediate and offer a solution. He stayed in touch and dealt well with a situation that he had not been involved in from the beginning. In an age of acrimony, his approach and politeness was refreshing.

"Worst Customer Service"

I called to pay off my cruise. Waited on hold for 25 minutes before I hung up.
We also offer no advantage to just booking yourself.

"Offer may not be what they seem"

Had some issues with what the website was offering and when taking to the representative the offer more than doubled in price. They actually called us back and worked out a little better deal. Thank you Zack.

"Working with Cruise Advisor Zack Gibson…"

Working with Cruise Advisor Zack Gibson was like finding a trusted friend. He was very easy to talk to and researched our questions that he needed additional information to properly advise us. He seemed excited about assisting us with airline, hotel and pre-boarding directions. He made it seem like he was going with us.
Zack provided travel tips such as how to set up wheel chair assistance if needed. Being seniors it was most helpful in reducing our travel an anxieties.
Zack patience and knowledge was a joy to us and hopefully we will be able to work with him on future trips.
