"Felt Ignored"

Fancied a new guitar, so paid a visit to PMT in Romford. I saw a guitar hanging up that I wanted to try. There was no staff at the counter, but was someone wrapping something up (may, or may not have been staff) - they didn't acknowledge me, so I thought probably not. After another minute or two someone arrived at the counter, but, again, didn't acknowledge me. To put things in perspective I'm 58 year old guitarist whose been playing for 45 years, with some disposable income. After being ignored today, I'll think twice about returning to the store. It's a real shame as I remember the store being really good. There are so few places to try out guitars these days.

Went in to the Newcastle store to try out some keyboards. Really impressed with the excellent staff. Gaz was super helpful and really knowledgeable about all the different types of keyboard as well as patient and pitched his advice perfectly to the right level. Also a really good balance of being given help and being left to try it out. A much better experience than I've had in many other shops. Would highly recommend 🌟🌟
