"Ich habe irrtümlich 4 Näpfe bestellt…"

Ich habe irrtümlich 4 Näpfe bestellt und dann erst bemerkt, dass diese nicht die richtigen waren. Ich wollte die Sendung bevor sie versendet markiert war, stornieren. Keine Antwort vom Verkäufer. Die Ware wurde ein paar Tage später geliefert. Bei der Nachfrage die Bestellung zurückzusenden, bekam ich wieder keine Antwort. Nun habe ich die Ware zurückgesendet und hoffe mein Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen. Dieser Kundendienst lässt zu wünschen übrig.

"Probleme bei Problemen"

Probleme bei Problemen. Unglückliche Lieferung: Keine Absprachen bei der Lieferung sowie 2 verbogene Teile eines Eckkäfigs. Reklamation: zunächst Hilfsbereitschaft artikuliert, bei der Umsetzung nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Menschliche blieb auf der Strecke, das Materielle war vordergründig. Schade, dass sich die Bedeutung eines Einkauserlebnisses so verschoben hat. Die Hauptsache, dass man am Ende des Tages sich noch treu und im Spiegel sehen kann!

"I ordered a bird cage that came with rust, but.. "

I ordered a bird cage that arrived with rust on a few of the parts. I took pictures and sent them an e-mail. After tree days I still had not heard anything, so I called them. The person at the phone was really helpful and promised me a new pice. After a week from when I sent them my e-mail, I received an answer to the e-mail, which was not referring to the phone call I had had.
I explained them my situation, and told them that I had already been promised the new pieces.
A week later, I received the parts, however it had been so poorly wrapped up, that some of the parts were broken - and the parts that were still intact even had more rust on them than the first, original pieces.
I wrote them again with pictures of the "unopened" package and the pieces. Now Marcel, who I had been in touch with all along, found the piece himself and wrapped it in very carefully. I received it one week later. The parts were all intact and without any rust.
That it was possible to get a hold of Marcel every time, made my otherwise bad experience much better.

"Havanna Parrot case"

Havana parrot case
I ordered a parrot cage on the 29th of February, transferred the money immediately and on the 4th of March 2 packages were registered and sent with DHL Germany, fast and good shipping, on the 7th of March I received the first package that were clear traces of it see it had been open before when traces of tape was removed, it was resealed with new tape, it contained 2 Buet headers and 4 legs, due to the slow delivery time with DHL I only received package no. 2 on Thursday the 14th. March, now I finally put the cage together, to my great disappointment the two doors that open at the top were missing, so now I have a cage with the top open, I closed it temporarily with a wooden board, Pirrotshop and I have written grem and back it about that, today April 5, they have refunded the money on my purchase. super service and therefore I have also changed my review here to 5 stars. I have confidence in st dealing with them another time, even though I have been challenged with the language

"I have placed an order and have never…"

I have placed an order and have never heard back from them. I called and emailed and texted them on Instagram and nothing. I paid 250 euros for the product and 180 euros for the shipping. Should I consider it lost money at this point ? I cannot understand how those stores stay open if they don't serve their customers. I am incredibly upset. Hope this doesn't happen to someone else

"Rückerstattung? Warte jedenfalls immernoch"

Warte seit über 2 Wochen auf meine Rückerstattung von immerhin 100 Euro. Seit Tagen versuche ich per Mail oder Telefon jemanden zu erreichen, aber keine Antwort, keiner geht ans Telefon. Also überlegt euch besser vorher ob ihr etwas eventuell wieder zurück schicken wollt, denn das Porto zahlt ihr. Lieber dann wo anders bestellen auch wenns etwas teurer ist.

Wagners Parrot Shop hat seit 20.01.2024 die Retoure erhalten Beweis Einlieferungsbeleg der Deutschen Post. 2 x mit Herrn Janssen telefoniert Parrot Shop. 27 Tage später noch keine Gutschrift bei Riverty ! Parrot Shop nimmt keinen Kontakt mit Fressnapf auf und Fressnapf nicht mir Riverty. Email Antworten von Fressnapf dauern 14 Tage. Sollte dies 1 Cent Mahnkosten kosten wird es dem Rechtsanwalt übergeben !
