I’ve needed to modify my insurance and have emailed twice and called with no response. If I can’t get a refund this will be my last time using your service. And I travel a lot. I will also be sure warn my fellow travelers of using this insurance. What if I needed to make a claim? Would no one respond for weeks? This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with an insurance company

My insurance policy included $1500 compensation for sports equipment delayed more than 12 hours. My sports equipment was delayed more than 48 hours, but I was denied compensation despite providing evidence of the delay. This seems like a scam, I advise to stay away from World Nomads

"Mobile Purchase Issue – Fix Needed ASAP!"
The purchase process was disappointing due to an issue when accessing from a mobile phone, whether Android or Apple. When trying to enter the card’s expiration date, a calendar pop-up appears asking for a specific day. As you know, credit card expiration dates only include the month and year, which causes an error and makes it impossible to complete the purchase.
After many attempts, I finally tried from a PC, and it worked. Unfortunately, I wasted a lot of time, and I almost chose another insurance provider. You are probably losing many potential sales due to this issue—I strongly suggest fixing it as soon as possible.
