I solicited a change of my travel coverage in a few hours after I booked it because I found out my friend that I was supposed to do all the extreme activities with had an emergency and couldn’t fly to Costa Rica anymore so therefore I am not doing the extreme activities my by myself. I emailed twice about this matter and I haven’t received any response yet. I am not canceling my insurance altogether. I just want to change it to basic coverage.
