Slight mix up and the wrong toy was delivered, easy mistake. The customer services to rectify this mistake has been amazing. The team have been so helpful and organised a replacement straight away. Even with the error i still will purchase again, once I’ve graduated off these toys lol cant wait!!

"Broke my JT cherry"

Ordered my first toy, was packed and delivered to me the next day! Fantastic service. Amazing build quality with the length and width I was looking for. After my first try I knew I had to order more and with there fantastic Christmas offer. I bought another 2! Both arrived safe and well packaged and am now the proud owner of a nice little (soon to be bigger) collection of John Thomas toys! Can't rate any toy higher!

"Amazing customer service"

I spoke with Phil earlier about accommodating me for missing the start of the 60% Winter Sale (I had purchased two toys the day before it went live!) Within one day, he spoke to the owner and came back with a very fair solution - the next time I purchased several toys, they’d throw in one for free of equivalent value.

To me, this is excellent customer service. I’ve also had Phil respond to a few prior service inquiries and he was very professional & responded very quickly.

JTT customer service has always been great and you’ve made a customer for life.

I have THREE feedback requests!!!

1) Please make more vaginal plugs/stretchers….mostly all of your plugs/stretchers are for anal use and are shaped differently than a vaginal toy would be. I’ve searched for several years for the perfect vaginal stretcher, and there appears to be none on the market. JTT should fill that void! (Literally and figuratively!)

2) Please host “Fan Designed Contests” where fans can draw/draft new designs and submit them for the possibility of getting their toy created. Or, just have a “suggestion” section added to your website where people can upload drawings. I have a whole notebook filled with some I’ve created!

3) Please work on creating a stronger, bigger suction cup base. Mr. Hankeys Toys has one that is metal and it’s amazing, but it doesn’t fit the JTT toys very well….we’d love to have a stronger suction base for our JTT toys <3

"Quick & discreet shipping, great quality"

The toy I ordered arrived very quickly, and I was not let down by the discreet packaging. There was nothing anywhere on the box that could tip anyone off as to what was inside, and there was plenty of packing paper to keep everything in good shape during shipping. The silicone of the toy is the nicest quality I've felt on any I've tried, and the measurements were exactly as described on the website (yes, I always check - a lot of them lie!). The suction cup & faux velvet bag are both high quality and a very nice touch. Super fun & unique selection of toys, highly recommend as an alternative to a lot of the more well-known fantasy toy stores (especially if you're in the UK as the shipping is very reasonably priced & quick). Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Amazing company. Great quality and prices. One time the toy i purchased was out of stock and they made sure that in the end I was satisfied. Toys come with extra free stuff like a nice bag for storage and suction cup. They really care about a good customer experience.

I ordered two toys which one was absolutely perfect but the other one had a defect. First of all the customer service was so good with making the order and with dealing the toy with the defect, so I have no issue with receiving a toy with a defect.
