Absolutely terrible. Website shows one part, the sent a different one. Because it was an electronic component, they won't accept a return. That's outrageous. Stay away!

"My package said delivered but I didn’t…"

My package said delivered but I didn’t received it. I contacted customer and they told me they can not refund or ship another one. I was told I would have to contact the carrier. This is the carrier you chose and the customer didn’t receive the product. Why does the customer have to inconvenience themselves even more by calling the carrier. Why are you not calling the carrier? The customer is missing a product you shipped!!! I am missing the product and $1100. I will never shop here again!!

"Don’t waste your time or money with…"

Don’t waste your time or money with BMWpartsdeal.com.
Incorrect website part per the input of Year/Make/Model on 2x Rubber Stabilizer Mounts. The parts sent did not fit a my BMW with Active Steering. Requested a refund and it took 3 emails and 4 calls (with uninterested and rude customer service reps)
to get the RMA form and return address.

This company BMWpartsdeal.com, also intentionally and deceitfully, trickled the refund by refunding only 1 item, when 2 items were purchased and returned. Another 3 emails and 2 calls to get the other item refunded. The refund was also minimized with a 20% restocking fee which I should not be charged due to their error on incorrect website item description. Another 2 emails and calls to request the refund on the 20% restocking fee imposed. This is still in dispute with no refund.

The shopping with BMWpartsdeal.com has been an unpleasant experience which I do not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money with BMWpartsdeal.com.

"When I ordered a part from this company…"

When I ordered a part from this company the site lead me to believe they had the part in stock, truth was they didn’t and had to order it from an outside vender. Once I paid for the part the message said PROCESSING for 7 DAYS, they could/would never give me a tracking number for my order until I called and threatened to cancel my order. I then later received the tracking information but it’s held up from being picked up by THE USPS. there are other places you can buy your parts from, STAY AWAY FROM BMWpartsdeal……PLEASE!!!!!!!!

"Unprofessional, Arrogant, Terrible Customer Service, DO NOT buy from here"

This is a classic case of a online vendor advertising low prices which on the surface seems like you're getting a good deal. The problem is if you have any issue with your order the customer service department is completely unprofessional and a hassle to deal with.

I ordered a set of OEM BMW floor mats with pictures of the mat on their site clearly showing a BMW logo on the mats. I confirmed that part # on many other BMW sites and all of them show pictures of the mats with the BMW logo. However, when I received the mats from BMWpartsdeal.com they did not have a logo.

I reached out via phone after numerous emails back and forth, to have an actual conversation with a live person and was unfortunately paired with a horrible customer service rep. He was extremely unprofessional, very rude and couldn't care less that I had an issue with the item I received. He offered no solution, no resolution, and made it clear that this company doesn't value your business.

Do yourself a favor and avoid buying anything from these guys, while you might save a couple of bucks, it is not worth the hassle. In addition, their shipping costs are outrageous, so generally it is a wash for any kind of part savings.

Better to do business with FCP Euro, they have great customer service and actual care about taking care of their customers.
