As a domestic customer for what is a mainly a commercial product I found the woman who answered my call with lots of questions about the products very helpful and she put through my order without me going back on line, I was treated as though I was ordering thousands of pounds worth of materials even though my order was for non slip covers for just 5 wooden outdoor steps. I had already ordered samples on line and they were very promptly delivered, as were the goods I subsequently ordered. The quality is exceptional, the fit and colour exact, easy to install and was well packaged. I feel extremely safe now using the steps I couldn't be more pleased.
