Only a small order to give better vision and non slip safety on exterior steps, but a huge difference. Order processed on time and excellent communication throughout. Delivery costs were much more reasonable on the shorter lengths ordered, than longer strips that I first looked at.

Despite the fact that phoned Safe Tread office two days before delivery date (explaining that we would probably be out but asked for message to be passed on to driver to put package in brown bin = right beside front door) this message was not connected. And the package was not delivered. I also answered the email/text sent by delivery company to give them the same message.
So the package ended up coming a couple of days later when we were at home.
Overall, a poor system of delivery.

This company rocks! I messed up the order & when I rang the guy on the phone was super lovely and they changed it for me. My decking grips arrived today and they are THE BEST thing ever! My lethal wooden steps into my static caravan can now be walked up like normal steps! They even came with screws so that was extra brilliant, AND the correct size screw-driver bit! This is all just so fabulous and made it so easy for me to just fit them at once. They were also a really good value product & you can get different colour decking grips (sadly not pink or purple though 🤣).

Great service from start to finish, very pleased. Used to cover a wooden wheelchair ramp at the front door. Looks really smart, durable and I'm sure it will be long lasting.
