All fantastic - step gripper product is top quality - great guarantee and price. Comms and delivery were good also. I appreciated that the exactly correct size hex screwdriver bit was included with the Phillips head screws, so that there would be less chance of slippage.

I have used Safe Tread before and was very pleased with the safety decking strips for our front steps. I ordered some more for another project. Unfortunately the wrong colour was accidentally sent (Black Dune rather than Dune). I rang Customer Services and the correct colour was despatched the same day by overnight courier. Excellent customer service for an excellent product.
