Excellent service from Vaughan, Nigel and Nigel’s Son in quoting us for a new conservatory roof to the finished result. The price was very reasonable. The panel’s not only look very nice but make the conservatory a much comfortable room to use in all seasons. The roof was replaced in less than a day and when completed all left very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

We recently moved to a bungalow with a huge conservatory, with an old cracked polycarbonate roof. As usual, too hot in the summer and would be much too cold in the winter. We had tried contacting various companies who offered 'solutions' to the problem, but once they viewed it the only advice given was to put on a solid tiled roof at a cost of over £16000, which we could not afford. Then I saw an advert for Insu-Pak, and read a lot of reviews of it, which all seemed to be very pleased with the result. I got in touch, had an almost instant response from Vaughn, followed by a visit to have a look and measure up. We had mentally braced ourselves for a huge amount as the conservatory is 35 square metres, but were pleasantly surprised by the quote and decided to go ahead. Just over a month later the job was complete. It looks great, and has definitely dropped the summer temperature inside by about 10 degrees, which bodes well for winter. We did have a few teething problems after completion, but these were dealt with swiftly and competently. If, like me you find the heat in your conservatory insufferable, then I would definitely suggest you get in touch with Insu-Pak.

Had my conservatory roof replaced back in April, didn’t review it then as I had no idea what it was going to be like. Now having seen it in all weather (except snow) it has made an immense difference, doing exactly what has been claimed. Conservatory now a great living space.

Vaughn called to quote us for replacing our pollycarbonate conservatory roof with an insulated one.
The roof had lasted us 25 years and it needed replacing.
He showed us the product and explained it's insulation properties and how it would be fitted together.
The price he quoted was much lower than another companies quotation so we paid him a deposit.
A few days later a workman came to survey the job and took measurements.
Then about four weeks later the roof panels arrived and a date was agreed for fitting them.
The conservatory is quite large but the work was completed in one day.
The following day I did a small amount of redecoration and we now have a really nice conservatory.
We are very pleased with the high standard of the finished job which was carried out efficiently.
