No hard pressure sells product explained and price given to replace 6 polycarbonate panels on a lean too type of conservatory. Panels were fitted 3 days later by Vaughn and his mate.
Transformed conservatory no more heat loss through roof and no more sun bleaching of wooden furniture.
Vaughn arrived at 8am on day of fitting and job was finished all clean and tidy by midday. Excellent service would definitely recommend insu-pak.

So pleased with our new roof! Excellent service from the start right through to the installation which only took 1 day despite being a large conservatory.
It was much cheaper than other quotes we'd had.
Vaughn and his colleague worked incredibly hard and left everything very clean and tidy.
With the heating on, it has been lovely and warm inside despite very cold temperatures outside. In the winter, before getting the new roof, it would never get warm inside even with the heating on.
Wish we'd got it done years ago.
Looking forward to seeing how much cooler it is in the summer!

Mr Vaughn came to the house and explained clearly the process and showed me a sample of the panel. The price was reasonable and I was pleased with the product so I signed there and then. A couple of weeks later a fitting date was agreed and Mr Vaughn emailed me the details regarding the installation. The fitting was done within three hours by Mr Vaughn and one other. They cleaned up afterwards and the Hippo Bag was collected a couple of days later. I am very pleased with my new look conservatory roof.

We had a very pleasant experience with Insu Pak and Mr. Vaughn, from beginning till the end.
Here is our experience; we wanted to replace our conservatory roof with a more insulated one as we've seen more than 40 C degrees when the outside temperature was around 32. Even with a little sun shining outside, the conservatory was getting too hot for us to stay and enjoy our conservatory. And, during winter time; we were using that area as a big fridge :)
So, it was enough is enough and we have contacted more than 3 companies to get a quote as this is the rule in the UK. I've only reached to the companies which had more than 4 star ratings out of 5. One company just posted a mail with their catalogue which I could also see from the internet. The other didn't even reply back to me. Only Mr. Vaughn has answered my quotation request by calling me by phone which I couldn't answer at that moment. And then received an e-mail. After returning his call, he came to visit our home with a sample of the panel he was planning to use. We signed the deal right away. I've been living in the UK for a long time and received so many quotations from the builders; none of them approached us this professional.
It took a couple of weeks for the parts to arrive. Mr. Vaughn and one more person have come to our house and started working very fast. How fast; everything was done probably in 3 hours max. And the job was done very tidy and clean. The skip company collected the rubbish in one week as promised again.
In the following month, there was a heavy rain in London which caused very tiny water droppings to inside. I've called Mr. Vaughn; he came next day and fixed the issue. It's been 4 months now and we haven't faced any issues so far. And even we will have an issue in the future, I'm very confident that Insu Pak will come and fix it under warranty.
I wish other companies also approach their customers with this professionalism.
