"Didn't tell me they would be delayed"

My blinds hadn't arrived after 12 working days (2 days later than they said). When I enquired I was told they would be shipped in just over a weeks time.
They weren't apologetic, didn't explain why they had been delayed, and I'm not sure they were ever going to tell me about the delay either.
I can't review the product as they still haven't arrived.

This is the first time I ordered from English Blinds. I needed to replace a Roman Blind previously made by Laura Ashley in the bathroom. Because of the moisture of the room, a Roman cloth material is not practical. I have been searching on the interenet for a good quality bathroom blind and I keep coming back to English Blinds. It has so much choices and the one I after is Chalk Pink pattern one and it would match the existing decor of the room. Although I was a bit worried about using PVC in the first, I thought it would look cheap. However, when it arrived, I was over the moon. It did look like cloth until you touch it as the lady described on the phone. What amazed me was that I left it too late and needed it within 5 working days. The lady I spoke was very helpful. She said if I placed the order and sent them an e-mail later with the order number, she would pull my order and attended to it straight away. I did arrive on the day I wanted it. What more can I say - excellent service and quality! Don't hesitate to order from them.
