Excellent and faultless having had a bad experience at another online retailer English blinds.co.uk came up with the goods. Reasonably quick delivery and nice quality as per samples if not a little on the pricey side but in the day and age you get what you pay for. Of note is the mechanism to raise and lower the blinds, superior quality to other blinds. I'll be back for more.

I am a returning customer, purchased a couple of blinds 3 years ago still perfect, just bought a white wood blind. They are easy to fit and look amazing. AAA****

"NOT VERY HELPFUL"

NOT VERY HELPFUL. Ordered Anthracite Blinds but they arrived Grey. Anthracite should be 'Almost black' !
On contacting Customer Service, they said I should have ordered a sample. I don't feel I should have. Anthracite should be 'Almost black' and because I didn't order a sample they would not replace the blind as 'wrong colour' is not a good enough reason. I asked for a sample to be sent out, but they didn't send it !

Order some new vertical blinds and headrail, first shipment the headrail was damaged from courier transit i presume but English blinds swiftly replaced it and shipped it out in a matter of days and thankfully this one was perfect. Will definitely use them again and thank you to Gemma for sorting it out.

"Twist fit no drill blind"

Ordered a twist fit no drill blind. Upon installing the blind we found that the product was unusable and not fit for purpose. The twist fit design of the blind we received applied pressure on the rotating part of the blind resulting in the rolling mechanism being too tight to operate or too loose to stay in place. This was clearly a design flaw or faulty fitting. We have not been able to resolve the matter with English Blinds as they have not responded to our emails and do not answer the phone despite multiple attempts to contact them. I would avoid purchasing from this company.
