The blind itself seems to be good quality, but it was delivered about two weeks later than the estimate when I placed the order, my email asking for a shipping update was not responded to, the blind did not come with any fixings (it should have done) and when I phoned during business hours no-one answered. So not a great customer experience, and I won't use this company again.

This is our third order we've placed with English Blinds in the past five years or so. Previously we have ordered quite large roller blinds. The quality and attention to detail is absolutely fantastic. This last order was for our new house and we bought six made to measure 35mm wooden blinds in different sizes. The all fitted perfectly and look amazing. Great quality and good value.
The only negative was an unfortunate phone discussion at 11.30 am on 20th November. I had called because I was concerned that the delivery address postcode was incorrect as it was for our old house and thought this might cause an issue with the delivery courier. I spoke with Matt at English Blinds. I have never encountered such a rude and unhelpful person. Maybe I got him on a bad day. On the face of it English Blinds seems a fine company offering quality products. In my opinion the company should not be blighted with having a person like Matt in a front line position dealing with customers. It was a quite dreadful experience.

Overall a very good experience.
I needed 5 blinds (in a hurry) to complete a re-furb, I wasn't given much notice so I was pleased to see 'estimated' dispatch was 3-5 days when ordering on 21/10.
The blinds were dispatched on 4/11 which caused a few issues. However, I was kept well informed by EB from ordering, through production and completion etc. The blinds came well packaged exactly as ordered, the courier company were faultless with both updates and delivery. The 'dispatch' date was the reason for using EB, despite this I would definitely use EB again. Great product.
