"Received unfinished and scratched blinds"

Received unfinished and scratched product, that took weeks to produce, not a few days as advertised.
The blinds seem to be cut but but the spray of anthracite colour I order has not been done on sides and is unfinished. Looks very cheap and despite many attempts to resolve this, my emails are not being responded to and calls go to answer machine. I would not order again and want to return this chip looking poor quality product and get my money back. This is an ongoing mission for more than a month now.

Worst company i ever deal with, Customer Service very Rude, Time of Delivery/Prodution tottaly out of date, Quality is perfect, But i don't think someone wants to wait 25 days for order to recieve when it's says 3-10 Days....... Especially when you renting houses and promising tenants that the blinds shut be on the way.
