"No tickets, need a refund"
I bought 2 tickets to watch the Phantom of the Opera. I was really excited to go and see it in a few days. However, my money was taken but I did not receive any email to confirm my purchase.
It's when I went on Trustpilot to check the website.
As soon as I read the reviews, I knew it would be a struggle.
The day after buying the tickets, I spent the afternoon calling to have the confirmation of my purchase. First, they were saying that I would receive my tickets 48 hours before the event and then told me that the tickets I bought were not available.
I have received an email confirming that I will receive a refund but after reading the reviews, I know it will be long and difficult.
I will never buy a ticket from that website again. They are not the official seller and everything is chaotic.
I have only one advice: Avoid to buy a ticket from that website, it seems they use your money to speculate before refunding you.

Konnte aufgrund eines Unfalls nicht ins Theater gehen. Eine Umbuchung der Tickets auf einen späteren Termin wurde einfach grundlos abgelehnt - sehr schade. Die Show war nicht ausverkauft an diesem Abend. Andere Locations sind da kulanter.

"Palladium Safety"
I joined a packed audience to see the great Dawn French at this Venue 20/10/23 - no photos permitted during the performance.
Front Row Stalls seats? Never again! The seat and floor space are excessively near to the stage edge with about 2inches spare room for knees and total lack of space for straightening your feet ( I’m a size 5 shoe) so had to sit forced ‘pigeon-toed’ or toes pointing only outwards all evening - awful .
A lady with crutches really struggled to cross the front row ( not realising the gap was SO tight) because she couldn’t gain access to her seat elsewhere with the sheer numbers attending .
The discomfort spoiled my complete enjoyment of the show - sorry Dawn .
I expect even Dawn herself wouldn't be comfortable in Seat A3 either ……and I’m surprised at the audacity and dismissiveness of the Palladium management as they have not already addressed this .
I would consider the seating arrangements most certainly a Health and Safety Hazard for audience members if there was ever an emergency at the theatre .
Ticket was from Viagogo ; no chance of emailing the Company independently about the above issues , you have to call them🙄.
Best off with Front Circle/Aisle seats, I think.

I’ve been trying to book 2 tickets for Grayson Perrys show through LW Theatre tickets. I’ve got through as far as to confirming the payment with bank and then nothing happens after that. Just keeps asking to confirm payment over and over. I’ve confirmed several times now. No idea how much they will try and take out of my account. No contact details to ask them what’s happening. Feels like a scam.

We booked tickets for the wizard of oz via MasterCard priceless experience and got to meet the cast on the stage prior to the performance.
The palladium looked like it had a lot of work since I was last there.

"Concert tickets"
BEWARE ..... Was trying to purchase 2 front row tickets on line with LW Theatres, for Magic's, Magic of Christmas show in November. Tickets were in my basket and I went to check out ..... waited and waited to CONTINUE to pay. After 25 minutes my basket emptied.
My sister was also trying to purchase tickets for the same concert and the same thing happened to her!
Not good at all.
Will not use this site again.

Arijana couldn’t have been more helpful.
I cannot get to grips with my new mobile when booking tickets as I found out too late and this morning Ariana couldn’t have been more helpful and calm, I am now sorted so if you have any problems don’t hesitate to call the theatre.

"London Palladium - aka the oven"
London Palladium. On previous visits this venue has been outstanding, however after watching the Wizard of Oz there earlier today the performance was ruined by the lack of air conditioning, zero air flow. It was so hot and uncomfortable. No advanced notice to customers of the problem, and no temporary adjustments to help reduce the temperature in the auditorium. 1 poor lady had to leave due to the heat and staff issued her an ice pack!!! Don't get me wrong, the performance was good, it was just a shame that the atmosphere was like the Victorian glasshouse at Kew gardens. LW Theatres- next time at least tell your customers so they can wear shorts and bring their own fans!!!
