I wished that I received a proper item (green laser) right away, and did not have to contact customer support and explain to them what went wrong. However, they agreed to send me a proper head (green laser instead of a red one) after understanding that originally the red laser was marked as a green one. It took 15 days to get the item.

I Did not realize I was purchasing from a company with no mainland US infrastructure. Would have never considered purchasing after being informed by their "customer service" of the many many obstacles of returning a product to China. Turns out it is Virtually impossible, expensive and very risky. Will make sure all of my many diving associates are aware of the difficulties and risk of dealing with this company. I'm actually surprised I even received the product at all based on their process description.
